Thanks to everyone who attended the Parish Meeting on the 25th November. The minutes for the previous meeting on 14th May have now been agreed and posted on the website. The accounts for 2018-2019 have also been agreed and posted on the website.
The Annual Accounting Statements for Clothall with Luffenhall Parish Meeting are available to view by contacting myself at and are also currently on display in Clothall village noticeboard.
The External Auditor for the Financial Year 2018_19 is PKF Littlejohn LLP
The Audit is now complete. The Closure Notice is on display in Clothall village noticeboard and also here.
Thank you to all those that were able to attend our last Parish Meeting and AGM on May 14th 2019 and for those that sent their apologies.
It was fantastic to hear that this website is a resource that is welcomed by you all and I’m busily learning how to become a better content creator!

The focus for the coming months will be to make the website as engaging as possible. Please email me any photos that you’d like me to upload and thank you very much for the welcome and kind offers of support in helping build out the content of the site.
I will also be following up improving the bus shelter in Clothall and providing a Noticeboard for Luffenhall. As well as submitting the annual accounts to our external Auditors.
